Who’s behind it
XenPool is deliberately lean – an advantage for you: instead of sales, a project office and rotating teams, you have one dedicated point of contact. Founder and managing director Stefan van Boxmer-Fischer takes personal responsibility for design and implementation – and, if you wish, ongoing operations.
In IT since 1995, specialised in Citrix and VDI since 1997 – from MetaFrame to Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, on-premises or Citrix Cloud services. Focus areas: architecture and 3rd-level operation of complex VDI platforms, Linux VDA with NVIDIA GRID GPU, and automating provisioning and operations with Python, PowerShell and Bash.
This practice gave rise to ip·Solis – the in-house platform for IT self-service and asset lifecycle management. It is this blend of decades of operational experience and hands-on software development that goes into every XenPool project.
